Collaborative Learning Experience
Building financial knowledge through community connections
Our program moves beyond traditional classroom settings to create an environment where participants learn from each other. Through structured group activities, peer discussions, and collaborative projects, you'll develop not just financial knowledge but also the communication and analytical skills that come from working with diverse perspectives. Starting September 2025, cohorts of 15-20 participants will work together over six months, creating lasting professional networks while mastering financial concepts.
Peer Learning Circles
Small groups of 4-5 participants meet weekly to discuss concepts, share insights, and work through challenges together. Each circle includes members with different backgrounds and experience levels.
Collaborative Projects
Teams tackle real-world financial scenarios, from budget planning for startups to investment portfolio analysis. Projects rotate team members to maximize learning from different approaches.
Group Problem Solving
Complex financial concepts are explored through group discussions and collaborative analysis. Participants learn to explain concepts to peers, reinforcing their own understanding.
Mentorship Networks
Advanced participants are paired with newcomers, creating mentoring relationships that benefit both parties. These connections often continue well beyond the program.
